Disruptive behavior is defined by the university as any behavior that "impedes, interferes with, or disrupts any University teaching, research, administrative, disciplinary, public service, learning, or other authorized activity" [Institutional Rules on Student Services and Activities, Chapter 11, Section 804, (a)3].
Dean of Students' Student Emergency Services has recommendations for responding to disruptive behavior. UTPD publishes safety protocols for dealing with armed and/or disruptive individuals.
